How our sourcing service works
1. You send a specification — herb, cut, colour grade, microbiological standards, pack format, target price, and volume.
2. We come back with sourcing options across our audited processor network, with origin, indicative pricing, and lead time.
3. You sign off a specification and volume commitment. We contract with the processor on your behalf.
4. Production, QC, and shipping run against the agreed specification, with traceability documentation supplied per batch.
5. We manage the trade — freight, documentation, customs, delivery — and invoice you on the agreed terms.
