Standards that buyers can rely on
Quality is not a marketing line — it is a set of accreditations, audits, and working practices that food manufacturers, foodservice operators, and retailers already recognise. Here is what each of ours means, and what it should mean for you as a buyer.
Our accreditations, in plain terms
BRCGS AA — Agents & Brokers
The top grade under the BRCGS Global Standard for Agents & Brokers. It means our specification, traceability, and supplier-approval processes have been independently audited and rated at the highest grade the scheme awards.
Sedex Member
Sedex membership commits us to ethical trade — labour standards, health and safety, environmental practice, and business ethics — measured through the SMETA framework and shared transparently with buyers.
BFFF Member
Membership of the British Frozen Food Federation. It gives us access to industry technical guidance and keeps us aligned with the UK frozen-food sector on standards, regulation, and market data.
HACCP-led assurance
Every product is bought against a HACCP-led control plan agreed with the processor. Critical control points, monitoring, and verification are documented and reviewed rather than assumed.
What it means for you as a buyer
Approved supplier status — Our accreditations sit inside our customers’ own approved-supplier frameworks — reducing your audit load.
Traceability on demand — Batch-level traceability documentation is available on request, per shipment.
Recall readiness — Recall procedures are tested and documented in line with BRCGS Agents & Brokers requirements.
