Organic-certified IQF vegetables, fruits, and specialty ingredients — sourced to Soil Association and EU Organic standards through our supplier network. Organic is a sourcing service rather than a stocked line.
What we source organic
Organic vegetables
IQF onions, beans, leeks, sweetcorn, broccoli, and rhubarb, subject to seasonal availability.
Organic fruits
IQF berries, top fruit, and stone fruit — same categories as our conventional range, on organic-certified supply.
Organic specialty
Herbs, pulses, and other specialty ingredients on request. Sent to specification.
Certification and standards
Soil Association
UK-facing programmes are certified under Soil Association organic standards, with certificates supplied per shipment.
EU Organic
Continental European sourcing is certified under EU Organic, aligned to UK equivalence where applicable.
Chain-of-custody
Certificates of inspection travel with every batch. Traceability runs from grower group through processor to your goods-in.
Specification held
Cut, calibration, and microbiological standards are held identically to our conventional lines.
Programmes and formats
Organic programmes are always contracted rather than spot-bought — the supplier base is smaller and lead times are longer. We recommend committing on a six to twelve month view, with rolling volume commitments against a pre-agreed specification. Standard formats match our conventional range.
